PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN later known as "PT PLN (Persero)" is a trusted and reliable state-owned company in Indonesia that is involved in electricty power industry. The Company operates primarily as an electricity power provider in Indonesia. The Company has a right to monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. Its business include generation, distribution, transmission and other electricity related services. PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is a non listed company and is fully owned by the Government of Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, the Company now has 15 area offices, 6 distribution unit offices, 2 Distribution and Load Control Centers, 6 Generation units, 14 Parent Project Units and 6 Central and Services Units spread across Indonesia. According to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PLN (Persero) successfully recorded its total revenue of Rp 217,347 billion in 2015, an increase of 12.37% (yoy) from the previous year (Rp 193,418 billion in 2014). Total net profit in 2015 amounted to Rp 15,585 billion. This reflected an 11.28% increase as compared with Rp 14,004 billion in 2014.

• Single/Unmarried and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
• Preferably Male.
• Graduated S1 / D. IV or D.III, majoring in following disciplines
• D.III Mechanical Engineering.
• D.III Electronics and Instrumentation.
• D.III Electrical Engineering.
• D.III Chemical Engineering.
• D.III Civil Engineering.
• S1/DIV Mechanical Engineering.
• S1/DIV Electronics and Instrumentation.
• S1/DIV Electrical Engineering.
• S1/DIV Physics Engineering.
• S1/DIV Environmental Engineering.
• S1/DIV Industrial Engineering.
• S1/DIV Civil Engineering.
• Age limit:
• S1 / D. IV: Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
• D-III: Birth in 1993 and thereafter.
• Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA   ≥ 3.00 : Industrial Engineering major.
• GPA ≥ 2.75 : Other Engineering majors.
