Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). The agency a non ministerial government agency in Indonesia which was formed with main duties to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. The Agency was foremed in 2005 and initially registered as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ) or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. PPKPBJ is as a second echelon working unit in the Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic Indonesia / National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). The name of Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah offically launched in 2007 under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.
The agency is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is located at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. Requirements
- Male/Female.
- Minimal S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management graduates of an accredited universities / colleges.
- Have experience in system analyst for at least 5 years.
- Have experience in programming and database analysis.
Requirements
- Male/Female.
- Minimal S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Information System or related graduates of an accredited universities / colleges.
- Previous experience as a programmer on the development of applications and databases.
- Strong understanding of programming languages (PHP / Java) and databases (PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding about the concept of Model, View, and Controller in application development.
- Strong understanding about the different types of application development framework.
- Preferably certified in the field of programming languages, or database.

- Minimal S1 in Administration Development, Economics Development or related graduates of an accredited universities / colleges.
- Have a good problem solving skills.
