PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN (IDX : BBTN) or known as "Bank BTN" is a reputable public bank in Indonesia which is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of 30 June 2016, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by general public. Based in Jakarta, Bank BTN has strong business focus on mortgage loans segment. Bank BTN is recognized as one of the oldest banks in Indonesia. Bank BTN was first established in 1897 during the Dutch Colonial era and originally registered as Postspaarbank. In 1950, the Bank renamed into Bank Tabungan Pos. The name of Bank Tabungan Negara officially established in 1966. Business Support Staff (BSS)

Requirements

• Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Maximum age of 24 years old.
• Willing to undergo an employment bond for 3 years.

Customer Service Staff (CS)

Requirements

• Minimum D3 with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Maximum age of 24 years old.
• Willing to undergo an employment bond for 3 years.

General Banking Staff (GBS)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 with minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Maximum age of 24 years old.
• Willing to undergo an employment bond for 3 years. 

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 with minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00), preferably majoring in Economics, Engineering, Law, Computer, Informatics, Statistics and Psychology.
• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Have a TOEFL certificate from trusted language institution (TOEFL certificate should be showed at the time of initial interview selection).
• Willing to undergo an employment bond for 5 years.

Teller Services Staff (Tunas BTN)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA or equivalent with minimum average national exam score of 7.00
• Maximum age of 23 years old.
