- Minimum background in Diploma Degree (D3) with GPA min. 3.00 within 4.00 scales, majoring in the following discipline
- Civil Engineering.
- Electricity Engineering (Power Lines).
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Preferably Male.
- Minimum height of 160 cm.
- Having adaptive trait, learner and persistent
- Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Gedung.
