Requirements

• Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) from all disciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
• Strong academic results with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.01 (for S1) or 3.20 (for S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities.
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Single/not married, not older than 26 years of age.
• Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
• Willing not to get married during the Officer Development Program training period.
• Willing to be relocated in all over Indonesia.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
